Funday Sunday in Sanford
Just another day in our future neighborhood. Testing out the camera on my new iphone.

So this is what i leave behind everyone morning. At least someone is making some money for the family. Hehe
Stats on the House
This Cutie was built in 1907, thats right over 100 years old. It's 1345 square feet 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Brand new kitchen, original wood floors, original clawfoot tub RESTORED. Big back yard that is fenced in for the pooch. Did i mention the awesome front porch. We are very excited, and can't wait to make this our home.
The House
We did it we made it past the inspection, the appraisal and now we are closing on May 29th. Whoop Whoop
